Please read our rules carefully before purchasing a box.

Delivery: 
Super jumbo box: We ship boxes every Wednesday. You will receive your box approximately 30 to 35 days after it has been shipped.

By air:u will get the box approximately 15 days after it has been shipped.

Tracking: 
We will have the tracking number five days after the box has been shipped,U can track the box on Fedex, UPS ,or 17track website.

1. I don't keep unpaid and overfill boxes here,if the box is full,u need to finish it or upgrade. All boxes are considered complete once they meet the volume or weight requirements.

2. The refund policy states that requests must be made within three days of placing the order and the box must not be more than 30% full. If not we refund half of the box u paid only.  Refunds are not supported more than three days after placing the order.

3. Once you have placed your order, we will hold your box for one month. If you have not completed your box within one month, we will clear out all the stuff in the box.

4. We take deposit, small box: 35$, medium and large box:  50$, jumbo box: 100$

5. About Super Jumbo：You must pay the full amount for the Super Jumbo before you can open the box.
